Ada Zhao is a Melbourne-based Owners Corporation consultant renowned for her expertise in high-rise and boutique properties. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing from The University of Melbourne, she has served in key roles at Marshall White & Co. and Barry Plant. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, Ada excels at transparent client service and managing complex committee dynamics.
Ada holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Finance and Marketing from The University of Melbourne and is also fluent is in Cantonese and Mandarin.

Client Services Team
Jessa came on board at Strata Consultants Australia in July 2026 as Office and Administration Manager. Her role spans a broad range of functions including administrative coordination, CRM management, reporting, and operational processes. Prior to joining Strata Consultants, Jessa built over five years of expertise in executive support, business coordination, and process improvement, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across Australia and the Philippines.
Jessa holds a Bachelor of Science major in Psychology
Doreen joined Strata Consultants in September 2023. Her role involves closely collaborating with Admin team leaders, providing invaluable support. With an extensive background in both the Retail and Healthcare Industries, she has amassed five years of experience in Human Resource Department roles. Prior to her current position, Doreen contributed her expertise to the Project Management Department of NEXCO-Central Philippines Inc., where she served as an Administrative Officer for over a year.
Doreen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Development Management.
Algine joined Strata Consultants Melbourne’s Administrative Support Team in February 2024, where she takes on office tasks as the newest addition to the team. Before joining Strata Consultants Melbourne, Algine honed her skills in various industries, including two years in accounting and three years in customer service at VXI Global Holdings.
